Employment Connections: A Transition Tool Kit for Youth with Disabilities

Introduction

This transition tool kit has been developed by the National Educational Association of Disabled Students, with funding support from the Government of Canada’s Youth Employment Strategy. It was written by Steve Estey and Neil Faba and prepared for publication by ALDI Design.
