Jennison Asuncion, Vice-President Internal, Open Representative, NEADS:

Jennison has been a member of the NEADS Board of Directors since 1996 holding the positions of Open Representative and Vice- President Internal. Jennison has obtained an undergraduate degree, with distinction, from Concordia University in Political Science and is now pursuing graduate work in educational technology. His priorities as a board member are the availability of Canadian textbooks in alternative formats and the implementation of the recommendations on "best practices" from the NEADS National Approach to Services Project. Jennison has represented NEADS in Canada and abroad over the past four years and is a Project Coordinator with the Adaptech Research Project. The Adaptech Project - based at Dawson College - consists of a team of academics, students and consumers conducting research on the use of computer, information and adaptive technologies by Canadian college and university students. Jennison is also the moderator of the NEADS and Adaptech listservs
