Conversation About Remote Classes: Zoom consultation with students with disabilities about their accessibility needs in remote classes with AQEIPS and NEADS, May 14, 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. EDT

Inspired by a similar event by the Quebec Association for Equity and Inclusion in Post-Secondary Education (AQEIPS) that was quite successful a couple of weeks ago (see summary report in French here: https://aqeips.qc.ca/publications/rapports/consultation-avec-etudiants-en-situation-de-handicap-sur-les-cours-a-distance-2/ ), the National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) has decided to partner up with them to offer a Canada-wide English version of this conversation about remote classes. Counter the isolation we are all feeling and discuss your needs while taking remote classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. This Zoom conference will allow us to better understand the challenges caused by this situation and hopefully find solutions to them. This event is for you to express yourself and to exchange with other students with disabilities.
