New Captioned Videos Added to Website of Events In Kelowna and Halifax!

(Ottawa, June 20, 2013) - We are very pleased to let you know that we have just added 23 new captioned videos to the NEADS website. The videos are of workshop presentations at the NEADS Kelowna Strategies to Employment forum (Kelowna, British Columbia, March 8, 2013) and the Ability Starts Here – Join the Conversation: 5th Annual Symposium on Inclusive Education and Employment (Halifax, Nova Scotia, December 3-4, 2012).  We are grateful to Service Canada for significant grant funding for two separate projects in British Columbia and Nova Scotia in 2012/2013 that made this work possible. Some costs of filming and captioning of the Ability Starts Here conference workshops were generously supported by the Nova Scotia Disabled Persons Commission.
