The Trucking HR employer wage support for people with disabilities support both employers, employees and potential new hires with disabilities in obtaining and/or maintaining employment in the Trucking and Logistics Industry. The program is aimed at providing persons with disabilities, including those with invisible and/or episodic disabilities, with employment security through the development and piloting of a job placement framework, along with a coaching and mentoring resource.
