STUDY REMINDER: Tell us about the types of accommodations you need for work!

Complete our short online survey. Tell us about the types of job accommodations and benefits you need to find and maintain employment. This study is being conducted by the Institute for Work & Health and McMaster University, with collaboration from the National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS).

Findings will inform policies and programs that support the employment of young adults with disabilities. The confidential survey takes 15 minutes to complete. All participants will be entered into a draw to win an Apple iPad mini.
