6th Annual Accessibility Conference, University of Guelph - May 27-28, 2014 - Call for Presentations

The University of Guelph will be hosting the 6th Annual Accessibility Conference from May 27 - May 28, 2014. Conference organizers are now accepting submissions for presentations. Working with others is the best strategy to accomplish a common goal and the field of accessibility is no exception.

Submit your presentation proposal that focuses on collaborative solutions to accessibility issues. Tell us about working with other individuals, departments, institutions or sectors to achieve objectives such as:

developing accessible policies, practices, tools and resources
launching global or community accessibility initiatives
addressing accessibility in the workplace
and tell us the results of your collaboration.

Presentations may also relate to the AODA Standards, Web, document, and media accessibility, adaptive technology, disability research and accommodation, and inclusive design. Priority will be give to presentations that provide attendees with a framework to move from ideas to action.
