Inclusive Employment Advocacy Project (Toronto Chapter) seeking March 28, 2017 Focus Group Participants

We are currently seeking participants with disabilities who are looking for employment to attend a Focus Group. The intention of the Focus Groups is two-fold: to help identify barriers that people with disabilities experience in finding and keeping meaningful employment; and, to use the insights learned from the participants to create education/training sessions which will come later in 2017 so they better understand their rights under the AODA and Human Rights Legislation to help develop and improve their self-advocacy skills. The first focus group will be at The 519 Community Centre (519 Church Street), Room 304, on March 28th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

For more information and to RSVP before March 21, 2017, go to the Project Website.
