City staff from the Planning and Growth Management department will present an overview of the latest design concepts for pedestrian friendly intersections, raised cycle tracks and street crossing designs. New designs present opportunities and challenges so come share your views on the newest design features.

As a pedestrian or cyclist, what is your favourite street in Ottawa, and why?

What is your favourite street from any other city, and why?

Can you differentiate between bicycle lanes, cycle tracks, multi-use pathways, and sidewalks?

What is your favorite park? What makes this park your favorite?

What is your biggest challenge in accessing city parks (e.g. availability of accessible pathways, parking spaces, signage, transit access, and connection to sidewalks)? In your opinion, how can we improve our parks?

What is your biggest challenge in accessing outdoor play spaces in city parks (e.g. play structures, swings, spring toys, other playground elements, wading pools, splash pads, tennis courts and basketball courts)? In your opinion, how can we improve our play spaces?

What is your biggest challenge with rest areas in city parks (e.g. park benches, picnic tables, gazebos, and other seating areas)? In your opinion, how can we improve our rest areas?
